Government Arts & Science College, Pennagaram is having NSS, YRC and RRC. These three programme is headed by a Faculty as Co-Ordinator. The NSS is having 50 students as UNIT I with a co-ordinator, we are conducting Blood Donation Camp, Public Awareness Programme, Tree Plantation and other related programmes is conducted every regular interval as well as  Government direction.

Also we are conducting many programmes which are related with YRC and RRC with the support of External trainer periodically and necessary report will be submitted to the Government official with in time.
